What is a cosmetic surgery? Or, What is a Plastic surgery?

Based on the wikipedia definition:

Plastic surgery is a surgical specialty involving the restoration, reconstruction, or alteration of the human body. It includes cosmetic or aesthetic surgery, reconstructive surgery, craniofacial surgery, hand surgery, microsurgery, and the treatment of burns. [1]

But, it is not very accurate. These days, a plastic surgery, means “nose job”, “breast augmentation” or “Botox”. In a simple bro science language way of talking: “what old ladies do with their husband’s money to look 1 day younger or hotter, for other men, to monkey branch to (hypergamy)”. But it has its own consequences. 4 More important consequences of Plastic surgeries are:
1-Nerve Damage:  There is no doubt that wherever in your body that you can feel it, enters a scalp; you will going to lose some part of your nervous system and usually irreversibly.
2-Infection: Most plastic (or cosmetic) surgeries have some sort of device or substance that gets added to your body. Guess what? That usually gets rejected by your immune system. And no matter what, any surgery has the risk of infection.
3-Scarring: Yup, that will most probably happen.
4- Anaesthesia Complications: there is chance that when going under an anaesthetic sleep, the patient doesn’t wake up.
